This project involved the development of photoreal architectural visualizations for a high-rise residential tower in downtown Los Angeles, created to support early-stage marketing and project financing.
Working from a base architectural model, the imagery was designed to communicate the experience of the units before construction—allowing prospective buyers and financial partners to understand scale, material quality, and lifestyle. Interior and exterior scenes were developed with a focus on lighting, atmosphere, and real-world context, including sunset conditions and occupied environments.
These visualizations were used as part of a broader pre-development strategy to help sell units on spec and provide lenders with a clear, market-ready representation of the project. By translating design intent into compelling, realistic imagery, the work supports both sales efforts and investor confidence during early project phases.
