funded, and built.

Curran Studios creates photoreal architectural visuals that make complex projects clear.

The studio works with developers, designers, architects, real estate teams, and property owners to communicate design intent, reduce uncertainty, and move projects forward.

Curran Patrick Boyle

Curran Patrick Boyle is a designer and architectural visualization specialist with more than 20 years of experience across hospitality, retail, residential, environmental graphics, and development visualization. Trained in environmental design at ArtCenter College of Design and industrial design at Western Washington University, his background combines design thinking, 3D modeling, rendering, presentation graphics, and real-world project communication.

The studio works directly with developers, designers, architects, real estate teams, and property owners who need clear visuals before a project is built.

Curran Studios is founder-led and built around a flexible network of trusted collaborators. Depending on the scope, the studio can bring in additional support for modeling, rendering, drafting, animation, graphics, and production while keeping creative direction and client communication centralized.

After years inside architecture and design offices, Curran built the studio around the part of the process where ideas gain traction: schematic design, visualization, and presentation. This is where vision becomes clear enough to discuss, refine, approve, fund, and build.

01

What the Studio Does

Curran Studios turns sketches, models, and evolving designs into clear visual presentations.

The goal is simple: make the project easy to understand, approve, and move forward.

02

Experience

With more than two decades of experience in design and visualization, Curran Studios understands how drawings, models, materials, lighting, and presentation strategy come together to move a project forward.

Projects range from private residences to large-scale developments, with an emphasis on clarity, realism, and speed.

How We Work

Projects are handled directly and collaboratively.

We move fast, iterate based on feedback, and stay aligned with the design intent from start to finish.

The goal is not just strong images — but faster approvals and better decisions.

A combination of a hand-drawn landscape blueprint on the left and a photograph of a modern house with people socializing outside at night on the right. The blueprint includes a Japanese maple tree, ornamental grasses, permeable pavers for drainage, and a modern house with wood and dark accents.
A modern lobby with a mix of an architectural sketch and a rendered photo. The left side shows a wireframe drawing of an elevator area, labeled with details like stainless steel elevator doors, painted metal grid ceiling, and cherry wood flooring. The right side shows a real, completed section with a reception desk, a woman standing behind it, and three people walking or sitting in the lounge area near large windows. The ceiling has subtle LED lighting, and the floor is made of stone tiles.

Get clarity before you build.

Clear visuals help teams make better decisions, faster.
