San Francisco

This project explores the transformation of an existing industrial building into a branded, street-facing retail environment. The work includes both conceptual design development and high-end photorealistic visualization.

Starting with the base structure, the design introduces large-scale graphic interventions, signage systems, and lighting strategies to activate the façade and establish a strong identity at the street level. Day and night scenarios were developed to study how the building performs across different conditions, with particular focus on signage visibility, material contrast, and urban presence.

All imagery was developed from a 3D model, allowing for rapid iteration between design concepts and final visual output.
