Questions before
we begin.
Clear answers on timelines, files, revisions, payment structure, retainers, site visits, and final delivery.
How long does a project take? Most projects move fast — clear timelines upfront, no guesswork.

Most renderings are delivered within 24–72 hours once files are received. Larger or multi-view projects typically take 1–3 weeks. Every project starts with a clear timeline so you know exactly what to expect.

What do I need to send? Plans, models, or even rough ideas — we can work from almost anything.

Send SketchUp models, CAD files, plans, reference images, site photos, or rough sketches. If your files need cleanup, we handle that as part of the process.

How many revisions do I get? Focused revisions built in — not endless back and forth.

Each project includes 2–3 revision rounds. Our process is structured to get it right quickly. Additional revisions are available if needed.

Can a project be rushed? Yes — fast turnaround is one of our strengths.

Yes. We regularly deliver rush renderings in 24–48 hours when needed. Rush work is based on availability and may include an expedited fee.

What is the payment structure? Simple, clear, and standard.

Most projects are 50% upfront to start and 50% on delivery. For ongoing work, we offer bi-weekly billing or retainer structures depending on the scope.

When is the project complete? When everything is delivered and approved.

A project is complete when all agreed deliverables are finalized, revisions are addressed, and high-resolution files are delivered ready for presentation or marketing use.

Do you offer retainer-based work? Yes — ideal for ongoing projects.

Yes. Retainer clients get priority scheduling, faster turnaround, and ongoing design + visualization support. This works well for developers, architects, real estate teams, and active design studios.

What deliverables would I get weekly? Consistent progress — not waiting weeks for updates.

Depending on scope, weekly deliverables may include new renderings, SketchUp model updates, design iterations, material studies, client presentation visuals, or progress updates. You’ll see movement every week.

Can you meet in person or visit the site? Yes — local or travel.

Absolutely. We can meet locally or travel to walk the site or interior. For serious projects, seeing the space in person can improve accuracy, context, material decisions, and the final visual direction.

What makes Curran Studios different? Speed, clarity, and real-world design experience.

We combine fast turnaround with real design experience. The goal is not just to make attractive images — it is to help clients clarify ideas, present confidently, market better, and move projects forward.
